About Me

I have been a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Texas for over 10 years and the cofounder of New Hope Counselilng & Resources Pampa. I offer individual, group, couple & relationship therapy, and family therapy. My favorite part of my job is being able to walk alongside people as they discover their truths, strengths, and find their voice.

I use talk therapy to encourage clients to connect with themselves as they are on the healing journey. We will incorporate skills during the session to practice outside the office to make each session more beneficial and to allow clients to have ownership in their healing process.

I am an approved LPC supervisor in the state of Texas, a level 1 Restoration Therapist, and have additional training in marriage and family therapy, play therapy, Brainspotting, EMDR, and Love and Logic Parenting. 

I have a B.S. degree in Sociology and a Masters in Counseling, both from West Texas A&M University. Prior to counseling, I worked at a children's home, as a teacher at Pampa ISD, and in social work settings. In addition to working at New Hope as a LPC, I am currently the District Licensed Professional Counselor at Andrews ISD in Andrews, TX.
