About Me

Hi! I would be honored to be a part of your health and wellness journey! I believe the more we learn & gain understanding about what we're working through, the more effectively we can work in a focused way toward meaningful change, growth, & healing.  I graduated from West Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science in Sociology and later a Masters in Counseling and a Masters in School Administration.

I have been a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas for over 10 years and in 2022  I completed course work to be an LPC Supervisor.  I am one of the co-founders of New Hope Counseling and Resources in Pampa, TX.  I graduated from

West Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology and a Masters in Counseling and a

Masters in School Administration.

In therapy, I like to use person-centered therapies and unconditional positive regard. I am certified in Equine Assisted Psychotherapy (EAGALA) and as a Level 1 Restoration Therapist. I use talk therapy with CBT techniques, and I have been trained in Trauma-focused CBT. Additionally, I have completed professional development trainings in EMDR & IFS, as well as Solution Focused techniques. I also love using Art Therapy techniques and Play Therapy techniques.
